To get membership, you have to fill 2 requirement.

General members
You have made more than 3 separate requests and payments
　　　 (in their transaction history)
and requests total over 20,000 Japanese YEN

VIP members
You have made over 3 separate requests and payments
(in their transaction history)
and who's requests total over 100,000 Japanese YEN.

*excluding 'commission', 'postage' and any other cost.*

＊This conditions apply as of September 1, 2009.
