Bank Transfer fee- In Japan, when we send money to the seller
by Bank, we have to pay
'bank transfer fee' for the bank.. It is 'bank's commission'.
The fee depends on Bank and the price of money.
We have 3 shipping ways called 'EMS', 'Air mail', and 'SAL'
[E M S] insured and trackable. 2-4days on average for delivery.
[Air Mail] Not insured and Not trackable . 3-6days on average for
delivery.
[S A L] (Economy Air) Not insured and Not trackable. 6-13days on
average for delivery.
*SAL is not available in all countries, you must check to see if your
country accepts.

*About Shipping for 'Umbrella' *
We can send you 'Umbrella. We use box for it. Combine shipping is Not available except small items on the below.

We can send you umbrellas up to '2' If you want to order more than 3 umbrella, You need 'Split' shipping.
*Brand-New Items (except used items)*'
No refunds are offered.
Only defective product, or product damaged in shipping will be replaced.-you must contact us with 48 hours of the
product delivery, or replacement will not be allowed

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item that was defective or damaged has been received by us, a replacement will be sent to you.-if a
replacement cannot be found the cost of the item and original shipping cost will be returned to you.
* DVD and Software*
Most of DVD software sold in Japan are Region '2'(NTSC).
When you purchase DVD and Software you must be responsible in knowing what your equipment can handle,
you cannot return DVD's and Software because it was not compatible with your system.
We can't support about this issue Please be careful.
* Clothing items *
The customer should be responsible for knowing their own size. If items are sent to them the wrong size,
they cannot be returned. Please be careful.
