Cost, Commission, and Payment
(ⅰ) Commission and Total Costs for Shopping Requests
If you know the name of your item and it’s price and use Form A
to send your
request, the commission will be 15% of the item’s cost.
In addition, if you are
ppaying with Paypal, we add a charge of 2.5%
of the total cost of the item plus
commission.
※ If your item costs less than 5,000yen, we charge a flat rate
commission of
1,000yen. (For members, if the item cost is lower than
5,000yen, the flat rate
commission is 500yen.)
If you do not know the name and price of your item and use Form B
to send your
request,
the commission will be 20% of the item’s cost.
In addition, if you are
paying with
Paypal, we add a charge of 2.5%
to the total cost of the item plus
commission.
(If you are paying via IPMO or bank transfer, this charge does not
apply.)
※ If your item is less than 10,000yen, we charge a flat rate
commission of
2,000yen. (For members, if the item cost is lower than
5,000yen, the flat rate
commission is 1,000yen).
We will also apply charges for the following:
Domestic Shipping ? The cost of shipping the item from the store to our office
(Varies based on the item and the store).
Other Commission Fees - Transfer fees, COD fees
These fees may or may not be charged depending on the item.
In addition, a ticket fee may be applied to ticket orders.
Buying Items from Individuals or Circles (For items like Doujinshi)
（A）If the site does not have a shopping cart system and we must send an email
or a form to check on the stock.
（B) If in order to pay for the item we must send money via postal transfer and
must use registered mail (When bank deposit, transfer, or credit card payments
are not accepted)
If (A) or (B) apply, the commission fee will be: 2,000yen (Members: 1,000yen)
If both (A) and (B) apply, the commission fee will be 2,5000yen (Members: 1,500yen)

(ⅲ) About Our Invoice
If you make a shopping request using Form A, an invoice will be sent to the email
address you entered right away. Please send us a payment for the amount listed.
If you send your request using Form B, you will receive an invoice within 48 hours
of submitting your request. When you receive the invoice, please send us the total.
However, for auction results, you will not get an invoice right away. Please send
a Paypal payment for your budgeted amount multiplied by 1.025. After you make your
payment, we will bid on the auction.
(ⅳ) How to Make Your Payment
You can pay us via Paypal, International Postal Money Order (IPMO), or a transfer
to i-TM4U’s Japanese bank account. Because IPMO and bank transfers take days
(even weeks), we do not accept these methods of payment for rush requests such as
auction requests.
